SPRING CLEANING
There was a shake-up in the World of Outlaws lineup and PA Posse scene on Tuesday with three teams parting ways with their drivers.
One still has a full year planned. One has a ride for the weekend. The other might be back to square one.
The details:
Conner Morrell and Bill Rose Racing have split after joining the World of Outlaws full-time in 2025.
Morrell plans to continue running the entire World of Outlaws tour under his own team.
Bill Rose Racing is looking at options to still field a second car with the Outlaws.
After only 16 races into their madden World of Outlaws voyage, Greg Wheeler Motorsports and Scotty Thiel have parted ways.
In what was meant to be a full-year partnership, Heffner Racing and Steven Snyder Jr., who have already been victorious this year, have also parted ways.
Snyder Jr. will pilot the Spire Motorsports/CB Industries #87 Sprint Car at Texas Motor Speedway this weekend with High Limit Racing.
Shannon Babb was fined and placed on probation by the World of Outlaws for failing a tire test after the Illini 100. According to Babb, his team used a degreaser that was not washed off, causing the violation.
